About the Role:
You will work with your preferred caseload (adults, paediatrics, mixed) alongside other allied health professionals in and out of hub located at Mile End. You will service your clients in a flexible manner, meaning no two days will be the same as you will be working across a range of different settings (e.g., at their home or perhaps even at the park).
Summary of Duties:
* Assist clients with building back their confidence through developing their occupational skills across a range of settings.
* Perform assessments to determine occupational capabilities and monitor their progress.
* Collaborate with other allied health professionals to help achieve client's goals.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records.
* Tailor treatment programs to achieve strong social connection, engagement, and appropriate intervention delivery.
Skills and Experience:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapist
* AHPRA Registration
* Current Driver's License
* National Police Check
* Covid-19 Vaccination
