**Content Creator (Marketing) - Part-time or Full-time**

**About the Role**
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation. From filming and editing short-form videos to capturing stills and producing light graphics, you'll get to work across all aspects of creative execution. You'll collaborate with the Content Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Head of Brand to deliver engaging, on-brand content for multiple platforms and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create and edit engaging content for social and digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (organic and paid).
- Coordinating with offshore suppliers for editing of ecommerce product imagery.
- Design and produce light graphics and layouts to support campaigns, story sets, social media, and retail activity.
- Ideate and execute short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that taps into trends while staying on-brand.
- Assist with organising and directing content shoots, including sourcing props, liaising with models, and leading shoot execution where required.
- Support social media strategies by contributing creative ideas in team meetings and collaborating on campaigns that drive awareness and channel growth.
- Liaising with external suppliers on banners, graphics and other admin tasks,
- Overseeing KPI tracking and providing regular performance updates to the team.
- Report weekly to the Digital Content Manager on content activity, performance, and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (E-Commerce, Retail, Wholesale) to ensure all content needs are met.
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in content creation
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or content tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of photography and lighting equipment, with confidence behind the camera.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
- Creative flair with strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to direct shoots and work with models and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
