About the Role
Are you an Enrolled Nurse who's passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live their best life? We're looking for a caring, motivated nurse to join our growing Disability Services Team at HHDS.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide person‑centred nursing care and support to clients in community and residential settings. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure every individual receives the respect, dignity, and high‑quality care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person‑centred nursing care to NDIS clients with disabilities
* Administer and document medications and treatments in line with care plans
* Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes in condition
* Support clients with daily living, health, and wellbeing goals
* Collaborate with Registered Nurses, support workers, and allied health professionals
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
* Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain these)
* Valid Driver's Licence (desirable)
