With three sites and clients across industries such as education, government, legal and logistics, their service footprint is wide and same-day support is part of their service, which means your days will be varied.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians with wealth of experience who need support, direction and clear expectations.
Manage technician performance, workflow optimisation, client service quality, and ensure the team is skilled, equipped, and supported.
Engage in scheduling and service data, support major rollouts, and help smooth over challenges with key clients.
Focus on continuous improvement to help the business move forward and take the team with it.
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and a practical mindset.
The knack to know what great service looks like.
Valid driver's license.
Work with children and criminal checks when working with education and defence clients.
