The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional with sales and/or lending experience to build a thriving business under the Black Mountain Financial brand—or develop your own brand with our full support and expertise.
Choose your path based on your background and goals: residential lending, asset finance, or commercial/business lending. We'll work with you to develop a long-term strategy, identify your niche, and provide comprehensive training to help you excel in your chosen specialty.
As a self-employed business owner, you'll establish your own company and enjoy the freedom to set your own pace, build your pipeline, and directly control your earning potential. Your success is determined by the effort and strategic decisions you make—with Black Mountain's guidance and resources backing you every step of the way.

What We Won't Offer

* Personal Financial Support: We cover business-related expenses, even travel if you require - but you'll be responsible for your own personal living costs during the establishment phase—which is why financial stability for 3-6 months is essential.
For the right candidate we will consider retainers, and a light pipeline to get started.

Education Requirements
* Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, with a Diploma in progress or completed.
