Givenchy is seeking a passionate and creative Makeup Artist (Casual, 10-20 hours a week) to represent the brand in Sephora Karrinyup and our full line counter at Myer Perth!
Main Mission

You play a pivotal role in driving retail success, elevating the in-store experience, and bringing energy to events, all while delivering a level of service that feels both luxurious and personal. Through your passion for makeup and storytelling, you don't just sell products, you inspire confidence, transform experiences, and represent the timeless prestige of Givenchy.
Responsibilities
* Sell Givenchy products by meeting clients' needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service to clients throughout the whole sale.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards as set forth by the visual merchandising department
* Acquire and maintain a leading-edge knowledge of fashion and makeup trend, demonstrate these on the counter to reflect current makeup trends
* Booking by driving & making bookings for make-up events in store and driving make-up business through in-store consultation
* Increase total make-up sales at counter and when eventing
* Achieve Make-up Artist KPI benchmarks in accordance with event type
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in retail and cosmetics
* Certified Make-up and/or beauty qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury beauty retail or makeup artist role
* Make-up Artistry experience is essential
* Prior demonstrated ability to plan and animate events
* Advanced makeup artistry and product application techniques
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A strong desire to succeed and a passion for Fragrance and Skincare
* Experience working with must have strong KPIs
