Busselton Pavilion is a bright, breezy pub in Busselton Central. The multi-faceted venue comprises a wine store, restaurant, beer garden, along with private dining and a mezzanine function space. We’re gearing up for a busy summer season and the launch of 7-day trade in December — and we’re looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join our kitchen team.
The Roles
We have a range of opportunities available, whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or want to be part of a supportive and energetic kitchen crew:
· Sous Chef – Full-time, salaried role ($78k and above, excluding superannuation)
· Chef de Partie – Full time, salaried role ($74k and above, excluding superannuation)
· Chef de Partie – Casual role (HIGA level 5-6)
· Kitchenhand – Casual role (HIGA level 2)
What you’ll bring
· Relevant experience in a similar kitchen role (for Chefs); for Kitchenhands – no prior experience needed, just a good attitude and willingness to learn
· A passion for fresh, high-quality food and great teamwork
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across a 7-day roster
