Are you an experienced leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking an energetic and highly capable Branch Manager to lead our Brisbane branch reporting to the QLD Regional Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving branch performance, maintaining operational integrity, and leading a high-performing team.
The Opportunity
As the Branch Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and efficiency of the branch. Your primary objective is to ensure sales revenue targets are met, costs are controlled, and customer satisfaction remains exceptional. You will lead a diverse team, maintain a productive and respectful workplace culture, and ensure our fleet, systems, and operational processes are running at peak effectiveness.
What You Will Be Doing
* Foster a productive workplace built on teamwork, honesty, and respect.
* Achieve branch sales revenue targets and ensure costs remain within budget.
* Ensure all client interactions support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and grow local sales activity, including regular customer visits and key account management.
* Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the branch, company vehicles, and all equipment.
* Ensure fleet utilisation is maximised and maintained to "maximum performance/least cost" standards.
* Consistently prioritise and promote safety across all activities

What You Will Bring
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in an operational, industrial, or hire-related environment.
* Excellent commercial and financial acumen, including debtor management and budget control.
* Ability to build customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
* Strong operational capability, including process compliance and systems management.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to drive results and maintain a positive branch culture.
