Our client is a leader in the field of Chemical Blending, Formulating, and Packaging. They operate a fast-paced production site, that involves production fill lines, machine operation, batching and blending of chemicals, packaging and storage solutions. We currently have positions available for Chemical Formulators / Batch Operators to join this busy and growing team. Duties Include: Raw material mixing of specified chemicals, liquids & granules Responsible for pumping products from mixing tanks to storage IBC's Ensure there is efficient workflow throughout the factory Assemble packaging and labels prior to batches being made Ensure the batch sheet instructions are followed Ensure work area is tidy at the end of each day and week and equipment is cleaned after use Follow all Standard Operating Procedures as required To be considered for this role, the following are essential: Current Forklift Licence (LF) & min 2 years experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with your team and management Analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and use of initiative Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 25kg) Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or chemical handling experience would be an advantage but not essential The Benefits: Guaranteed overtime Weekly pay Mon-Fri 8am-5pm roster A supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity for permanent full-time work This is an ASAP start, so if you fit the requirements please APPLY NOW to join the Flexi Personnel team! * Only those who fulfil the requirements will be contacted
