- Deliver outstanding cocktail, wine, and beverage service in a fast-paced
environment.
- Engage with customers to provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience.
- Ensure consistency and quality in cocktail preparation and presentation.
- Manage stock levels, prepare garnishes, and maintain bar cleanliness.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and energetic team.
- Uphold RSA requirements and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous bartending experience, particularly in a cocktail-focused venue.
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and thrives in dynamic environments.
- Has strong product knowledge in spirits, wine, and cocktails.
- Holds a valid RSA certificate
- Is available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Is a team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys engaging with
