Job Description
As the Project Engineer - Manufacturing, you will play a key role in streamlining production processes and interfacing between the engineering, production and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize resource utilisation.
* Contribute to updates and improvements in fabrication and assembly procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
* Liaise between design, procurement and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and highlight any areas for improvement.
* Oversee design changes throughout the manufacturing process.
* Ensure accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) are entered and maintained in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A tertiary qualification in Engineering.
* Previous experience working with Electric and Hydraulic systems.
* Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and production design tools, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
