With continued growth in our commercial portfolio, we are seeking a senior, commercially minded professional to take ownership of complex lending transactions and key client relationships.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role working closely with Directors and senior brokers, with a strong emphasis on commercial lending, client engagement, and deal execution.

The Role
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial lending transactions, acting as a key relationship manager for clients and lenders. The role goes beyond processing, requiring sound commercial judgement, proactive stakeholder management, and confidence engaging with sophisticated borrowers.
You will play a central role in maintaining momentum across transactions while protecting quality, compliance, and client experience.
Key responsibilities
* Acting as a primary point of contact for commercial lending clients
* Managing end-to-end commercial loan applications, from initial enquiry through to settlement
* Reviewing financial statements, business structures, and credit fundamentals
* Preparing high-quality, commercially sound lender submissions
* Proactively managing lender relationships to drive outcomes and resolve issues
* Supporting deal structuring, compliance, and documentation requirements
* Providing senior-level support to Directors on complex or high-value transactions
About you
You are commercially astute, confident working with business clients, and comfortable operating with autonomy. You understand how to balance risk, client expectations, and lender requirements, and you enjoy being accountable for outcomes.

* Strong experience in commercial or business banking or commercial finance
* Solid understanding of business financials, structures, and lending fundamentals
* Ability to manage multiple transactions at pace without compromising quality
* Confident, professional communicator with strong relationship management skills
* Proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating in a senior support capacity
