Research Analyst
Job Description:
As a key member of our Research Team, you will be responsible for supporting project leads in developing research tools and strategies to drive business improvement initiatives. Your analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities will enable you to identify business and organisational gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of recommendations, providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to build specific capabilities required to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support project leads in developing research tools and strategies.
2. Conduct analysis of quantitative data using relevant software (e.g., Q, R, Excel) to evaluate current systems and capabilities.
3. Run and report on qualitative research sessions (focus groups and in-depth interviews) to identify business and organisational gaps and opportunities.
4. Develop documents and reports which are client-ready with minimal supervision from project leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to work. A high standard towards their work and of themselves is essential, as is strong stakeholder management both internally and externally.
Proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Office suite, particularly with PowerPoint and creating presentations, is required. A Bachelor Degree or higher qualification, or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, is also necessary.
Additional qualifications include proficiency in research-based software (e.g., Q, SPSS, or R), adaptability, and ability to prioritise and work under-pressure. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is also a prerequisite.
