* Ensure merchandise displays are visually compelling to drive sales
About the role:
Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager, your role as Team Leader will see you lead a creative team to ensure product items on the floor are well stocked to create an oasis of visual inspiration to customers. With your sense of personal creative style, visual merchandise principles and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace, you will execute the creative brief strategy and work with your dedicated team to ensure the Geelong store inspires, captivates and creates incredible memorable in-store experiences to our valued customers.
To be considered for this position you will need to be fully available to work Monday to Friday, and may also include occasional availability during peak seasonal periods.
Your Background:
* Visual merchandising experience within a retail environment preferred
* Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards, highly regarded
* Leadership or supervisory styling experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and natural creativity
* Strong understanding in trends and styles as well as a real passion for visual merchandising
