As a Theatre Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: · All administrative tasks in the operating suite · Input operation usage into the patient management system · Maintain effective filing systems of archived documentation, current documentation and electronic data. · Any duties deemed necessary by the NUM’s to ensure perioperative services continue. · Work collaboratively with nursing staff and visiting medical officers and visitors Essential Criteria: · Experience in a hospital administration environment preferred · Ability to prioritise and organise work, with minimal supervision · Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills High level attention to detail · Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure · Excellent time management skills with an ability to work effectively as part of the multidisciplinary team · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · A basic understanding of Medical Terminology · Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Desirable criteria: · Experience with Webpas Medical System Why Healthscope?
