Benefits Competitive base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 super (negotiable based on experience) Uncapped commission structure of 1% – 2% per sale Work from premium, high traffic display homes in sought after estates Multiple locations available: Sunshine Coast (Aura) and Caboolture (Lilywood) Flexible weekend roster (work every second weekend or every weekend if preferred to maximise earnings) Long term career growth within a reputable and growing builder About You Previous experience in new home sales or residential building sales highly regarded Experience with another volume or project home builder will be strongly favoured Background in real estate and property sales also considered Strong ability to build rapport and guide clients through a long term buying journey Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills Professional presentation and strong customer service mindset Comfortable working weekends on a rostered basis Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage clients within display homes and convert enquiries into sales opportunities Conduct detailed consultations to determine client needs, budgets, and design preferences Present home designs, inclusions, upgrades and available build options Manage the full end-to-end sales process including quoting, pricing, and contract preparation Follow up on leads, enquiries and database opportunities to drive conversions Maintain strong pipeline management using CRM systems Work closely with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and construction to ensure smooth handover About the Builder This opportunity is with a high volume residential builder delivering a large number of homes annually across South East Queensland.
