We're looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Rockhampton team — someone with a can-do attitude who thrives on being across all areas of the business including admin, finance, sales, and operational support.
What you'll do:
* General admin wizardry — emails, catering, travel and all the behind-the-scenes magic
* Finance support —purchase orders, reporting and helping keep the numbers tidy
* Document TLC — updating, formatting, and keeping things looking sharp
* Provide professional support to our board, management, sales and operations teams.
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in admin, sales support or finance (bonus points if you've dabbled in all three)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills — if Excel is your happy place, we won't judge
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities without losing your cool
* A flexible, proactive attitude — you see what needs doing and get it done
* Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
