Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Product Project Manager / B.A to lead legal tech API integrations to Practice Management Systems. The product is working. Beta firms are about to use it. Now we need to connect it to the systems they use every day – LEAP Legal Software, Smokeball Australia, Actionstep, and Clio.
* Manages the PMS relationships and API approval processes
* Translates the technical constraints into clean specs our dev team can build from
* Bridges the gap between what the PMS platforms allow and what our product needs
You don't need to write code. You do need to be able to read API documentation, understand how these platforms are structured, and produce developer‐ready specs. Ideal background: you've set up an API integration between one or more of the PMS and a legal tech product, OR worked inside the AU legal tech ecosystem – at a PMS vendor, a reseller, a legal tech startup, or a firm that lived and breathed one of these platforms.
