Green by Nature is expanding in Brisbane, and we're looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead site operations, guide crews and deliver high-standard hardscape and structural landscaping projects. Whether you're local or considering relocating, this role offers stability, support and strong career pathways.
You'll work Monday to Friday, with early starts and early finishes, and all uniforms, PPE and tools provided- so you can focus on leading the work, not supplying the gear.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and delivering landscape construction projects across BrisbaneCompleting hardscape works including paving, retaining walls, decks, timber structures and concretingReading and interpreting plans and delivering projects to specCoordinating materials, subcontractors, machinery and on-site workflowEnsuring safety, quality and presentation standards are met dailyMentoring crew members and supporting their skill developmentUpholding Green by Nature's values of care, accountability and professionalism
What You'll Bring
