Job Title:
Depot Manager VIC
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced depot manager to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of our regional depots and 3rd party warehouses.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements. You'll be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership, as well as managing equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and tactical leadership of supply chain, operations, and administration of OFP Victoria depots
Manage all depot activities within the regional Vic network and administration over third-party depot sites
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery across the network
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and drive innovation throughout the depot network
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
Degree qualification in a relevant field (Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business)
At least 3 years' experience in supply chain operations in a large organization with a high SKU and customer environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP
Ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders on matters of process and performance
Well-developed leadership skills and ability to manage and influence effectively across a large team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external parties
