Finance Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent financial management skills and experience working in accounts payable and receivable processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing accounts payable, including data entry and payment processing.
* Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.
* Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and supplier profiles.
* Assisting with insurance claims and other ad hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or a related field.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
