Job Description:
Office and HR Coordinator
This role will be the key contact for visitors to our Sydney Head Office. You will provide administrative support for Human Resources, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and general office management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Provide administrative support for Human Resources
* Maintain accurate employee records
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
* Support employee engagement initiatives
* Administer the local fleet program
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in an office or HR administrative role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
