Client Success Associate
We are seeking a skilled and driven Client Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that every client receives value far exceeding their investment.
As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for articulating Gartner value to prospective clients, onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products.
* Collaborate with sales teams to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients.
* Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources.
* Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services.
