We are seeking an experienced Implementation & Delivery Manager to lead onsite delivery teams, working collaboratively with Project Managers in the successful delivery of multiple projects across NSW. Key Responsibilities• Lead and support Site Managers and Supervisors across multiple sites• Ability to travel to various sites within NSW and balance this with office attendance• Work collaboratively with Project Managers to deliver concurrent projects• Coordinate and prioritise resources across projects• Drive safe, high-quality project delivery• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve onsite issues (being the first escalation point)• Coordinate with Project Managers, internal teams, subcontractors, and clients• Conduct site inspections and ensure WHS and quality compliance• Deliver reporting and project updates to Project Managers and the business as requir

About You• Proven experience in project delivery, implementation, or site leadership• Background in healthcare, ICT, telecommunications, construction, or building systems (preferred)• Experienced people leader with strong communication skills and the ability to drive accountability• Technically capable with a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving• Safety-focused with a strong sense of accountability• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across
