Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Systems Engineer to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems. You will be responsible for implementing technology solutions, handling service requests, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing technology solutions to support business operations
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
* Maintaining and monitoring business infrastructure and systems
* Responding to incidents and ensuring minimum disruption to business operations
Requirements
* Relevant domain System Engineering experience
* High levels of communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Experience with complex systems environments (physical and virtualized)
