We're on the hunt for a hands‐on Kitchen Manager to lead the team at our Kingpin Canberra venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food and people, ready to step into (or continue growing in) a kitchen leadership role within a high‐energy entertainment environment.
Our kitchen team is experienced, engaged and proud of what they do. Your role is to lead, coach and elevate the team while maintaining strong standards and a positive culture.
About the Role
As Kitchen Manager, you'll work side‐by‐side with the kitchen team to deliver quality food across casual trade, trivia nights, birthdays and premium events. You'll be supported by leaders around you and empowered to build consistency, capability and confidence within the kitchen.
This role suits someone who:

About You
* A Senior Sous Chef ready to step into your first Kitchen Manager role
* A Kitchen Manager looking for a stable, well‐run venue
* A strong kitchen leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
