Corporate Concierge – Adelaide Office
We are looking for a Corporate Concierge with a positive, easy‐going working style to be the face of our Adelaide office. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and other visitors, this is a highly interactive role where you'll meet different people every day. Some flexibility will be required to work outside of conventional business hours where necessary (e.g. for special events.)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide reception cover – greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate stakeholder.
* Assist with coffee orders for clients and visitors, and coordinate catering for events.
* Assist with event coordination and support.
* Ensure meeting rooms, kitchen, and common areas are clean and tidy before and after use.
* Coordinate and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, liaising with couriers and delivery persons.
* Document management including copying, scanning, and filing.
* Coordinate materials displayed on electronic and physical noticeboards and around the office.
* Assist with stationery and office equipment orders as required.
* Other ad‐hoc administrative and support tasks, including providing break and leave cover where needed.
Required Skills and Experience
* Ability to attend the office five days a week, with the flexibility to work additional hours for special events.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, including a polite and friendly telephone manner.
* Excellent organisation, time‐keeping and prioritisation skills.
* Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and ability to work with different styles.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
Desirable
* Previous experience in a reception, office administration, hospitality or customer service role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
