**About the role at News Corp Australia**
The Social Performance Manager performs in-platform trading techniques and analyses delivery and performance of News Xtend's Social clients. The role partners with the Customer Success team to offer account optimisation strategies to drive performance
- Execute bid and buy strategies across social channels Meta and Tik Tok adhering to News Xtend's client performance and pricing guidelines
- Ensure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met while reviewing campaign performance to continually update best practices setup where needed
- Recommend forward thinking strategies and opportunities for improvement in bid and buy strategies and identify if strategy amends are required for existing customers, for example performance above/below target, client KPI's review, customer onsite experience improvements
- Adhere to the appropriate SLA's during daily activities
- Communicate with your Team Lead on process and analytics improvement opportunities
- Produce robust post campaign analysis by utilizing data via Social Platform buying tools
- Utilize your deep understanding of actionable optimisation opportunities to execute on these;
- Develops, leads and delegates discipline level projects, i.e. platform audits, supply-path optimisation, Performance/DR testing, internal process improvements
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering campaigns and discrepancies
- Assist in training and development of junior operations and client services staff when required
