**The Role & Responsibilities**:
As In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will be working under the creative direction of the Cluster Visual Merchandiser, providing support to the VM's & Store based team.
**You will be responsible not limited to the following tasks**:
Visual Merchandising
- Implementing VM directives and additional VM strategies as communicated by Support Office
- Conduct daily walk
- throughs with the Store Management team
- Analyse range, product mix and stock reports on a weekly basis and implement moves as agreed to with the Store Manager based on the customer demographic and sell-through of product
- Complete window displays according to the directive
- Discuss any VM concerns with the Store Manager & Cluster VM
- Ensure all merchandise is styled according to company directive
- Ensure VM standards are maintained as per Company Standards
- Acknowledge and approach customers (when sales Team is busy), and provide exceptional service before passing onto a sale person
- Assist in processing stock - unpacking, tagging, hanging etc during peak periods
- Ensure merchandise is replenished throughout the day with support from the sales teams maximise customer sales

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
- Proven Retail & VM experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Visual Merchandising ( Cert IV / Diploma) highly regarded
- Creative Flare and an eye for detail
- Fashion retail experience is highly regarded
