We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant to join our Oracle Practice, reporting to the General Manager. This is a senior role spanning delivery and pre-sales, supporting the growth of Oracle HCM Cloud and emerging Oracle AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Analytics. * Partner with internal leadership on pre-sales activities including solution design demos and proposals.
