Our organisation is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices.
This includes devising and embedding improvements to the customer journey and engagement strategies across various assets. You will also be responsible for ensuring Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework is used to leverage our brand, acquire new leads and support the achievement of sales targets.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that support our asset's vision and values
* Ensure LAM objectives are established, tracked and reported in a timely manner, with key learnings applied to future activity planning
* Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers
* Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers, providing high-quality briefs to achieve outputs within budget and deadlines
* Maintain asset marketing business plans and FY strategies, contributing to Project Control Groups (PCG), liveability action plans and place visioning strategies
* Integrate community development initiatives into LAM plans and execute accordingly
* Review and interpret data to provide key insights and drive a culture of community understanding, assisting decision-making at a project level and enhancing marketing and sales strategies
* Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learning's into national and local campaign development and execution
* Manage and monitor marketing expenditure, reforecasting as required to minimise overspend impacts
* Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in developing other projects for business improvement as needed
About this role:
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications
* 5+ year marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing and executing strategies
* High attention to detail, ensuring clear, accurate and effective communication
* Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
