The Opportunity


You're the calm in the chaos. You make complex look effortless. And now you'll be supporting one of the most consistently high-performing agents in the Inner West and City Fringe market, closing around 60 deals a year and known for her precision, standards, and momentum.

This respected, multi-office network operates with high-tech systems, beautifully styled offices, and a genuine commitment to backing its people. Representing award-winning, prestige-calibre teams, you'll operate at the centre of their success with a Director who values loyalty, excellence, and steady execution.

Your Role


No chaos. No corner cutting. Just clean systems and elite support for a high-performance sales operation. Your responsibilities include:


• Managing complex diaries, schedules, and inbox management for a fast-paced leading Director

• Coordinating premium sales campaigns from listing through to settlement

• Preparing marketing collateral, liaising with suppliers, and overseeing creative output

• Attending and coordinating photoshoots, open packs, auction preparation, and weekly meetings

• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders

• Supporting social media and light content coordination for high-impact personal branding

• Managing contract exchanges, compliance documentation, settlement gifts, and stock oversight

• General administration ensuring the entire sales operation runs seamlessly

About You



• 3–5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry

• Certificate of Registration preferred

• Discreet, polished, and proactive with exceptional attention to detail

• Confident coordinating high-end campaigns and client-facing communication

• Tech-savvy with CRM, Office, and social media platforms

• A calm, solutions-focused operator who thrives under pressure

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
