This is a highly sought-after role for an experienced account professional looking to lead the finance function in a well-established organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all accounts receivable and payable functions, customer and supplier account management, payroll processing, superannuation compliance, MYOB reporting, monthly BAS/IAS lodgements, ATO compliance, month-end close, journals, credit card reconciliation, retail and online transaction reconciliation, supporting forecasting, budgeting and reporting, and leading process improvement and clean systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a Cert IV, Diploma or significant experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping, ideally in FMCG, wholesale or manufacturing industries.

Key qualifications include strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MYOB.
