Responsibilities
* Work closely with business management to determine business process and productivity needs and an appropriate technology strategy to support business goals.
* Triage business problems and requests, taking decisions on whether to route these into either elaboration or delivery projects/programmes.
* Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of the network's infrastructure design, integration, and operations.
* Decompose business problems and map them to strategic technology architectures.
* Produce or provide input into Line of Business roadmaps.
* Produce strategic technology target state elaboration roadmaps.
* Identify strategic technology opportunities and canvass business support.
* Provide technical leadership of customer projects and oversee solution implementation.
* Select products and conduct capability testing for specific technology and versions.
* Proactively review customer solutions and propose improvements and strategic direction, anticipating client goals.
* Develop design principles, models, plans, internal standards, budgets, and processes based on industry best practices.
* Lead teams of other network designers and engineers in developing detailed designs and quality‐control mechanisms during implementation.

* Data center virtualization – architecture and design capabilities, product expertise in Cisco Nexus 7000, 1000V, OTV, consolidated I/O, fibre channel.
* Managing switches, routers, load balancers, WAN optimizers.
* Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, WAN optimization and load balancing.
* Advanced network technologies – IPv6, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, multicast, policy‐based routing, ether‐channel, QoS, traffic‐shaping, load balancing, VPN tunnels, WAN optimization.
* 802.11a/b/g/n Wi‐Fi standards and related components.
* Excellent knowledge of wireless controller and access point implementation and troubleshooting, including setup/configuration.
* Design, plan, establish, and optimize wireless networks.
* Develop wireless network infrastructures and recommend system enhancements for optimization.
* Knowledge of Cisco Nexus 5k, 7k and 9k and Riverbed SteelHead CX, DX, and EX series.
* Expertise in F5 BIG‐IP LTM and GTM.
* Load balancing – priority group activation, connection limits, persistence concepts.
* BIG‐IP GTM – installation, licensing, DNS resolutions, LDNS probes, DNSSEC, iRules, synchronization, DNS integration, iHealth.
* BIG‐IP LTM – licensing, provisioning, network configuration, local traffic configuration, dynamic load balancing, traffic processing through virtual servers/SNATs, high availability, traffic behavior modifications.
* Advanced BIG‐IP LTM configurations – VLAN tagging, trunking, SNMP features, packet filters.
* Configure Cisco Nexus 5k/7k series.
* Configure ASA firewalls, Cisco next‐gen firewalls, MPLS, F5 expertise.
* Prisma SD‐WAN configuration – install plugin, stage/setup SD‐WAN and Panorama, configure SD‐WAN policy rules, DA any path, HA for SD‐WAN devices.
* Advanced routing for SD‐WAN.
* Remote user access technologies – IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, explicit proxy, ZTNA, SWG proxy.
* Integrate Prisma SD‐WAN and Prisma Access for SASE implementation.
* Implement and configure Palo Alto Prisma Access solutions to meet client requirements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Prisma Access deployment and Panorama deployment issues.
* Stay updated on the latest Palo Alto network technologies and solutions.
Preferred
* Knowledge of Junos/Juniper platform.
* Understanding of Juniper Q‐Fabric operation & design.
* Advanced knowledge of Juniper VPN gateway operation & design.
* Juniper/Cisco integration.
* Familiarity with tools such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, etc.

Experience / Skill Requirements
* A thorough understanding of architectural design principles.
* 6–8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design and architecture functions.
* Knowledge of managing data centre in terms of systems monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning.
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced, evolving environment and prioritize tasks while staying abreast of the latest technology.
* Capability to work with people in different time zones.
* Technical knowledge and experience in managing large enterprise customer networks.
* Individual contributor capable of self‐directed work showing strong leadership and client relationship skills.
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills, customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong experience in implementing and supporting networks for mid‐to‐large corporate customers.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
* Knowledge of current technological trends and developments in advanced networking.
* Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, F5 technologies and data centre networks.

Education Qualification
