MVB Real Estate Maintenance provides handyman services for several real estates across Perth. We are looking for a suitably experienced handyman to join the team as a sub-contractor for anywhere between *****hrs per week. We can be flexible to suit your needs
We work all over the metro area, with the majority of the work being around the Belmont-Vic Park-South Perth areas and surrounding suburbs.
Qualifications & experience
Minimum of 3 years experience as a handyman/maintenance person.
Any trade qualification would be looked upon favourably.
Applicants must be able to provide an up to date police clearance and have their own work vehicle and tools, a valid ABN, and be fully insured.
Tasks & responsibilities
Complete maintenance works to a high professional standard of workmanship.
General repairs and maintenance including but not limited to painting, plastering, tiling, lock repairs, replacing doors, replacing sliding door rollers, gutter cleaning, etc.
Liaise with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Applicants must have strong organisational and time management skills, and be able to think on their feet to solve problems.
