The role of a Campus Support Associate involves providing part-time assistance to a specialist learning support teacher and a student with additional neurodiversity learning needs. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the specialist learning support teacher to provide consistent and reinforcing strategies for the student's support.
* Work one-to-one with the student, adapting support across academic, social, and self-care contexts.
* Develop and maintain accurate learning records, liaising with classroom teachers as necessary.
Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Education Support (with previous experience desirable) or a Certificate III in Education Support with recent relevant experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
