This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performing team supporting the Executive Director and Clinical Director of SA Medical Imaging. As the Executive Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering timely and confidential administrative services across a diverse range of activities.
Your responsibilities will include managing complex diaries, facilitating communication flows, preparing high-level briefings, and supporting sensitive issue resolution. You will also take the lead on projects tied to strategic SAMI priorities, collecting and analyzing data, preparing minutes, and providing hands-on support with the delivery of key executive initiatives.
In addition, you will assist with supervising administrative workflows, coordinating workloads, and guiding support staff. This is an exciting chance to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Your skills and qualifications should include:
* Proven experience delivering high-level executive support, including diary management, minute-taking, and liaising with senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive matters diplomatically and confidentially.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure in dynamic work environments.
* Solid understanding of administrative processes in SA Health or the broader SA public sector, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
