About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 100+ residential properties across the inner south. This role offers a good work-life balance and extensive support from a dedicated admin team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of 100+ properties as the single point of contact for clients
* Advertising and showing properties for lease
* Conducting routine and final bond inspections
* Coordinating maintenance requests
* Rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears management (with admin assistance)
* Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
About You
* Minimum 2 years' property management experience
* Strong customer service focus and proactive approach
* Preferably a homeowner or investment property owner
* Reside within 30 minutes of the Willetton area ideally
* Current property management registration and driver's licence
