A day in the life? As the Dayforce System Administrator, you'll be the trusted expert keeping our Dayforce HCM running smoothly and evolving with the business. Your day will involve configuring and maintaining core HR and talent modules, partnering closely with HR and Payroll to support testing and resolve system issues, and building reports and dashboards to support compliance and decision-making. You'll support system upgrades and enhancements, ensure all changes are thoroughly tested before release, and continuously look for ways to improve system efficiency, data quality, and user experience across SCA.
What You'll Need
Proven, hands-on experience administering Dayforce HCM, with strong depth in Core setup and HR (Talent) modules
Demonstrated experience configuring workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, and organisational structures
Experience managing user provisioning, role-based security, and access controls
Strong capability in Dayforce reporting and analytics, including building custom reports and dashboards
Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations, including UAT and regression testing
A disciplined and structured approach to testing all changes prior to production deployment
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and issue escalation
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, data integrity, and system optimisation
