About Your Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager – Amity Ward, you will provide advanced clinical, operational, and professional leadership across a multidisciplinary inpatient unit.
In This Role, You Will
Lead and coordinate inpatient services to achieve best practice and person-centred care standards.
Provide advanced clinical guidance and decision-making in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.
Oversee human, financial and material resource management, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Drive quality, safety and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with National Standards.
Promote a positive practice environment that fosters team cohesion, staff capability and continuous learning.
About You
You are an experienced nurse leader with advanced clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the capability to lead a high-performing inpatient unit.
You Will Bring
Advanced clinical expertise in general medicine, acute care or similar inpatient settings.
Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership, workforce development and team management.
Strong capability in human, material and financial resource management, including rostering and budget oversight.
Proven ability to lead change, implement quality improvements and support clinical governance.
