We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale solar farm projects. This role covers the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover with a strong focus on stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and alignment between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the master schedule and look-aheads, ensuring resources and subcontractors align with project milestones.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, managing all stakeholder relationships.
* Direct, mentor, and support key project staff to drive performance and collaboration.
* Monitor project costs, submit variations, manage claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
* Enforce HSE requirements and quality standards across all works.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining consistent delivery standards.
* Review and approve key project documentation.
* Capture lessons learned from major projects and apply improvements across future projects.
