About the Role
We are seeking experienced quantity surveyors to join our Construction, Projects & Assets team as a Senior Consultant or Associate Director. This is a full-time role offering excellent career opportunities and professional development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual, technical and commercial issues that relate to construction and engineering projects. They will also possess excellent written and spoken English, as well as the ability to work on multiple client matters at one time with limited supervision.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years (Senior Consultant level) or 5-7 years (Associate Director level) experience in claims, commercial, contract administration, cost engineering, quantity surveying and/or disputes advisory related roles. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is also required.
* Advise lawyers, principals, contractors, subcontractors, developers and funders on contractual, technical and commercial issues related to construction and engineering projects.
* Help clients resolve commercial disputes by establishing clear, commercial strategies, promoting early resolution.
* Provide support to quantum and/or delay experts involved in the preparation of expert reports for the purpose of dispute resolution.

Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, you will have:
* Between 4 to 6 years (Senior Consultant level) or 5 to 7 years (Associate Director level) claims, commercial, contract administration, cost engineering, quantity surveying and/or disputes advisory related experience.
* A bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
* Experience assisting with the preparation of quantum expert reports for the purpose of adjudication, litigation or arbitration.
* Experience assisting with the preparation and negotiation of claims in a commercial/claims driven environment on construction/engineering projects.
Candidates without the necessary experience but with a great attitude and keen to develop their career in a construction claims environment will be considered.
