Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
About the Role
The Business Development Manager will engage with truck dealerships, OEM earthmoving, agriculture OEM/distributors around Northern NSW, covering Hunter Valley, Western NSW, New England, and North Coast.
The role involves maintaining a strong brand presence and supporting our General Range BDM/distributors. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude and 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven sales experience in transport, construction, or agriculture sectors is essential.
* Able to multitask and see projects through to completion.
* Strong business acumen with a customer focus.
* Ability to work independently or in a team.
Requirements
* Knowledge of lube/greasing system equipment is advantageous.
* Practical experience with equipment.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to develop tailored solutions for business pain points.
* Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated by growth and learning.
