Our organization is a values-led childcare service that provides high-quality care and education to children in the community. Our vision is to enrich the lives and minds of children and their families through our inclusive, child-centric approach.
We operate as a not-for-profit, community-owned organization that offers a range of services including postnatal depression support, transition to school programs, and supported playgroups. We prioritize the safety and well-being of children in our care, demonstrating this commitment through the embedding of Child Safe Standards in our policies, procedures, and practice.
In the role of Second in Charge, you will be responsible for supporting the Director in the day-to-day management of the service. This will involve conducting administrative and pedagogical tasks, as well as creating positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
