Warehouse Storeperson Job Description
The role of Warehouse Storeperson is to deliver exceptional service and support to customers in our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfillment: Efficiently receive, store, and dispatch goods while ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Inventory Management: Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy when managing inventory levels and tracking stock movements.
* Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by being proactive, responsive, and courteous in all interactions.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to achieve common goals and ensure seamless warehouse operations.
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights (if required).
Requirements:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is highly desirable.
* Licenses/Certifications: Current Forklift, Driver's License, and Picker's License preferred but not essential.
* Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
