Space Plants is seeking a motivated Vertical Garden Technician to join our team full time. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about plants, sustainability, and innovative green infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and maintain vertical garden systems (Elmich, Skale Pot, gabion & fabric systems)
• Perform regular maintenance runs and plant care (pruning, planting, pest & disease control)
• Set up irrigation and fertigation systems (Hydrawise, EZ-Flo)
• Work safely at heights (ladders, EWP, scaffolding)
• Complete online maintenance reports
• Assist with nursery work, events, and site installations
About You
• Passion for horticulture and sustainability
• Current QLD Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
• Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously
• Comfortable working at heights
• Tech-savvy and keen to learn new systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
