Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and be passionate about delivering high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced produce.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
* Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas that reflect the restaurant's focus on classic Chinese dishes with a modern twist.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A Certificate IV and Diploma in Hospitality (if planning to apply for a visa).
* Current employment rights and obligations under Australian law.
