Locations: FIFO nationally from Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane or permanent relocation to any major capital city or regional location, with FIFO opportunities across the country.
As Airport owners and operators balance the upgrading of infrastructure with the needs of more passengers, and the demands of new aircraft types, Fulton Hogan continues to play a key role in supporting the Australasian airport market. We are a leading contractor in airport pavement construction, surfacing, Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) and maintenance.
We understand heavy duty pavement construction and combine our technical knowledge and experience to deliver complex civil and AGL projects. We have delivered airfield upgrades across most international, domestic, and regional airports in Australia, having completed more than 90 runway resurfacing projects in the past 30 years, including 70 in the last decade alone. Our span of services includes capabilities and products for complex airside and landside projects, with a proven track record in design, planning, construction, handover and maintenance of runways, taxiways, aprons and supporting systems.
Positions Available
You will be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality Airport works - Airport AGL, Asphalt and Civil/Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and deliver site works.
* Manage subcontractors, labour, and plant.
* Cost tracking, variations, and progress claims.
* Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
* Drive productivity and problem solve on site.
* Mentor junior team members (Senior Project Engineer).
How you will connect to the role
* Diploma or Degree Qualification in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in Aeronautical ground lighting, flood lighting, Civil and Asphalt Design and Construction.
* Valid Drivers' Licence.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
* Experience in Airfield or Defence industry projects would be advantageous.
