Operations Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our facility in Queensland, Ormeau branch. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience where you will manage operations, supervise staff, maintain communication with dealers, and handle customer inquiries.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage inventory, OHS, and facility maintenance efficiently.
* Supervise and guide onsite staff effectively.
* Maintain close relationships with our dealer network.
* Address consumer and dealer inquiries promptly.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Oversee daily operations of the branch.
2. Coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer needs.
3. Ensure adherence to productivity and safety protocols.
4. Collaborate with team members to align factory priorities with customer demand.
5. Work closely with Head Office to maintain consistency.
6. Manage stock levels of trailers, consumables, and accessories.
7. Support trailer fit-ups, presets, and warehouse duties as needed.
8. Monitor site cleanliness and safety systems.
9. Maintain regular contact with top 20 customers.
10. Partner with the State Manager to achieve sales targets.
11. Forecast and plan trailer and stock inventory requirements.
12. Provide technical guidance to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Minimum 3-5 years of management experience.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
