Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.Due to a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an additional **Site Engineer** to join our pipelines team based at our new Pakenham site, working on a range of water & sewerage projects throughout the South East (predominantly). We're looking for people who enjoy working on complex infrastructure projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be provided with all necessary support for you to achieve success in your role.**In this role you'll be responsible for:*** Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out per the design and specifications* Monitor site progress, ensure construction compliance in the field, working closely with site supervision and subcontractors* With support from Project Engineers, management of project schedules, updating production plans and working to weekly and monthly schedules* Assist with the development of Scope of Works and contracts for sub-contractors, managing and approvals of variations* Attend and participate in HAZOPs, SiD reviews, CHAIR's and other workshops as required**How you'll connect to the role:*** A degree level qualification in Civil Engineering* Experience in a site engineering role* Understanding of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions* A solid performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills* Adopting and driving**Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.**Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
